On Coffee

I love to drink coffee, and I enjoying the process of making it. And I love to do it for my close ones. I’ll never say no to you if you ask me to brew you a cup. Here’s my brew log with some of the favorite recipes

My Setup

I grind with a Timemore C2, and I brew with an Aeropress, V60, Origami, Deep 27, SIF, French Press, and Phin Filter.

My go-to is a cortado made with a SIF or an Aeropress. For pourovers, V60 and Deep 27 are my favourites.
